Debate Competition for Classes IX & X

The English Department successfully organized an engaging Debate Competition for the students of Classes IX and X, providing a platform to develop critical thinking, public speaking, and persuasive communication skills.

The Class IX students debated on the thought-provoking topic, "Marks Are a True Measure of Intelligence," while the Class X students deliberated on "Technology Is Making Us Less Human." Participants confidently presented well-researched arguments both for and against the motion, demonstrating clarity of thought, logical reasoning, and effective oratory skills.

The competition became even more engaging with an insightful rebuttal round, where judges challenged opposing viewpoints with confidence and presence of mind. The judges appreciated the students' depth of understanding, confidence, and ability to present balanced perspectives on contemporary issues.

The event concluded on a high note, inspiring students to express their opinions respectfully, think analytically, and appreciate diverse viewpoints.
