Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society organized a 2-day insightful orientation workshop on “School Quality Assessment and Assurance Framework - SQAAF” for the teachers and leaders of its member schools.

The sessions were conducted by Ms. Sampa Das, Principal, Kabra Memorial Public School, who provided a clear and practical understanding of the SQAAF framework launched by CBSE. She explained the 7 key domains of SQAAF, shared tools for self-assessment, and demonstrated how schools can use data for continuous improvement in teaching-learning, governance, and student + teacher well-being.

Principals, Vice Principals, Coordinators and teachers from Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School, Mithi Gobindram Public School, Kewalram Chanrai Public School and Children's Hope India School actively participated. The hands-on activities and action planning reflected a shared commitment towards building quality-driven, accountable, and future-ready schools.

The workshop proved to be a valuable capacity-building experience, empowering educators to align their practices with NEP 2020 and NCFSE 2023 guidelines through SQAAF
