CBSE Training Session on Promoting Mental Health and Wellness Among Students

Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School hosted a CBSE training session on June 6, 2026, on Promoting Mental Health and Wellness Among Students. The session was conducted by resource persons Mrs. Swati Dubey and Mr. Neeraj Verma, with participation from teachers of Carmel Convent School, Bal Bhavan School, Mithi Gobindram Public School, and NHLPS.

The programme was successfully organized under the leadership of Mrs. Amrita Motwani, Principal, NHLPS, whose commitment to quality education and teacher empowerment contributed to the success of the training.

Through case studies, real-life examples, group discussions, and collaborative activities, teachers explored practical strategies to support student well-being. The session also emphasized the strong connection between teacher wellness and student mental health, equipping educators with effective approaches to foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive school environment.
