When does admission open and how do I apply?
Registration for new admissions is open from 1st January to 31st March every year. You can apply through the Online Admission page. Please read the Admission Guidelines before applying. For any query, call 0755-4244773.
What are the school timings?
The school runs from 8:15 AM to 2:45 PM. Students should reach the school at least 5 minutes before the bell rings for assembly.
How do I apply for leave for my child?
Leave of absence is granted by the Principal for genuine reasons and only with a prior written application signed by the parent. The absence must also be entered in the record page of the school diary, signed by the parent/guardian. Doctor appointments should be fixed after school hours. For a longer absence on medical grounds, a medical certificate is required, and the Principal/Vice Principal must be informed about the nature of the illness and the likely number of days. What if my child has an infectious or contagious illness?
A student who is suffering from, or has been exposed to, an infectious or contagious disease is not allowed to attend school. Please inform the school and send a medical certificate for a longer absence.
What happens if my child is absent for a long time without information?
Repeated absence, or unexplained absence for more than fifteen consecutive days, can lead to the student's name being struck off the rolls. In case of re-admission, the required re-admission fee has to be paid.
How can I get or verify a Transfer Certificate (TC)?
You can search for issued Transfer Certificates on the TC Search page. A sample TC is available in the Downloads section below. For a new TC request, please contact the school office on 0755-4244773.
Please see the School Uniform page for the prescribed uniform. Girls must come with their hair neatly combed and wear ribbons as prescribed with the school uniform.
Can my child celebrate her birthday in school or use the school phone?
The school does not permit birthday celebrations on the campus, and parents are requested not to send toffees or gifts for classmates or teachers. Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without the permission of the Principal/VP/HM/Co-ordinators.
Can someone else pick up my child during school hours?
In case of illness or emergency, a student is allowed to go only with her parents, and not with neighbours, servants or other distant relatives, after an outpass is issued from the reception.
Does the school have a counsellor?
Yes. The school has a Guidance & Counselling cell with a full-time, experienced and well-qualified counsellor to help with academic and behavioural concerns, interpersonal relationships and career choices. If needed, parents are called to the school to discuss the matter. See Services.
