Foundation Day Celebration at Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School

The 29th Foundation Day of Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society was celebrated at Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School on 25th November, which is also observed as the birth anniversary of Sadhu T. L. Vaswani.

Shraddhey Siddh Bhauji, President SHKES, Shri Ghanshyam Bulchandani, Secretary SHKES, Shri Rajkumar Mulchandani, Management Member, Ms. Amrita Motwani, Principal, and Ms. Rekha Kewlani, Vice-Principal, NHLPS, graced the occasion with their presence.

The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and offering floral tributes at the lotus feet of Maa Saraswati, Maa Bharti, Sadhu T. L. Vaswani and Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahibji, followed by the welcome of all the dignitaries.

The Society Anthem was sung by the students, filling the atmosphere with pride and unity. Shraddhey Siddh Bhauji, in his address, encouraged the girls to study hard and create a timetable to achieve success through discipline. He also advised everyone to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Ms. Rekha Kewlani, Vice-Principal, gave a speech speaking about the facilities provided to students by the Society for their overall development.

Students of Classes V and VI presented a meaningful skit showcasing the inspiring vision and mission of Sant Hirdaram Sahib Ji and highlighting the dedicated work of Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society.

Winners of the Mind Marathon Quiz Competition were honoured on this occasion.

Earlier, students had also made the school proud in the Sarvodaya Inter School Badminton Competition where they secured Second Prize in the Under-14 category and Third Place in the Under-19 category. They were also honoured on this occasion.

Students of Classes VI to IX presented a colourful dance performance that brought joy to the audience.

The celebration reminded everyone of the society’s mission to provide meaningful education and build confident and responsible future citizens.
