Martyrs’ Day & National Cleanliness Day Observed with Reverence

Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School observed Martyrs’ Day and National Cleanliness Day on 30th January with a solemn prayer assembly organized by the Social Science Department. The programme began with floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi, honouring his life and supreme sacrifice.

Students presented meaningful skits, dances and stage performances highlighting the importance of cleanliness, government initiatives and civic responsibility. An inspiring message on Swachhata was shared, followed by a collective pledge taken by students and staff to maintain a clean environment. A patriotic song and a brief presentation on Gandhiji’s life and ideals added depth to the occasion.

Principal Amrita Motwani encouraged students to uphold Gandhiji’s vision of a Clean India and fulfill their duties toward the nation with sincerity. The event concluded with the felicitation of ExtraMarks examination achievers with medals and certificates.
