National Deworming Programme at Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School

Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School, Bairagarh, Bhopal successfully conducted the National Deworming Programme between 23rd and 26th September 2025 in accordance with the directives of the Government of India and the State Government. During this period, Albendazole tablets were administered to students from Classes I to XII (ages 3–19 years) to protect them from intestinal worms and related health issues.

The deworming drive was carried out, over four days to cover the majority of students whose parents had consented for the same.On 26th September (Mop-Up Day), the school ensured complete coverage by administering tablets to all remaining students who had missed earlier days. Parents were informed well in advance, which contributed to excellent participation throughout the programme.

This initiative helped promote awareness about hygiene and health among students and reaffirmed the school’s commitment to safeguarding the well-being of every child.
