Under the guidance and presence of Reverend Siddh Bhauji, donation of Rs. 84524/- from Mithi Gobindram Public School and Rs. 72501/- from Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School was handed over to Mrs. Anuradha Mishra, Representative, Helpage India in the morning assembly. On this occasion Rev. Siddh Bhauji, Chairman, SHKES, Shri Hero Gyanchandani, Vice Chairman, SHKES, Shri A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary, SHKES, Mr. Manish Jain, Principal, NHLPS, Dr. Ajaykant Sharma, Principal, MGPS, Mrs. Amrita Motwani, Vice-Principal, NHLPS and Mrs. Rita Gurbani, Vice-Principal, MGPS were present.

Reverend Siddh Bhauji, in his address inspired the students to collect more and more money and donate to the needy people. He emphasized on being concerned about the elder members of the family as they play a very important role in our lives. In this connection he asked the students to save some amount from their pocket money and buy the required things for them to make them happy and bring smile on their faces.

Shri A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary, SHKES informed that under the aegis of Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society, 8 schools and 3 colleges are being run which not only make efforts for the holistic development of children but also sensitize them towards being compassionate towards the under privileged.                                                                                                                                                     

The society is contributing to help the poor and needy throughout the year in the form of money raised for care and share fund on a regular basis, blankets and dates are also donated in the slum areas. Also the Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital conducts two eye camps every week.

He also encouraged the children to continue their emotional and monetary support for the elderly and under privileged.

Dr. Ajaykant Sharma, Principal, MGPS and Mr. Manish R.K. Jain, Principal, NHLPS expressed pride in acknowledging the values and generosity of the students who have come forward with their donations for this social cause. God blesses those who care for the society in abundance. They gave example of Rev. Siddh Bhauji who has carved a niche for himself by devoting his life for social causes.

Mrs. Anuradha Mishra extended her heartfelt appreciation for the assistance generated from the school. She thanked the children for supporting this cause. She awarded the students who extended their maximum support Kashish Thawani, Disha Sharma and Vartika Sharma from Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School and Krishna Sethi, Anand Vidhani and Shiv Pahuja from Mithi Gobindram Public School were awarded for their generous contribution. Teachers Shweta Pathani, Garina Rijhwani and Shashi Arora from NHLPS and Rashmi Singh, Neetu Yadav, and Ratna Pandey from MGPS were honored with shawls for their valued motivation towards the cause and encouraging children to contribute whole heatedly.
