On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, a special prayer meet was organised on 1^st Oct 2018 in the campus of Navnidh Girls school. Rev. Bhauji, Chairman SHKES, Shri A. C. Sadhwani, Secretary, Mr. Manohar Vaswaniji, Management Incharge NHLPS graced the occasion alongwith the Principal Mr. Manish R. K. Jain and Mrs. Amrita Motwani, Vice Principal.

Addressing the students, Rev. Siddh Bhauji stated that children are the future of the nation, so they must contribute at their level and do whatever they can do for their country. He advised the girls to take a pledge to be regular & punctual and always be true to their mother because she is their real well-wisher. He also suggested that we should imbibe the good values of LalBahadur Shastriji and Gandhiji.

Ms. Asha Assudani threw light on the life and philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi.

Mrs. Bhawna Arya told the students about the contribution of Shastri Ji as the PM of India.

Ms. Shobhna Dubey informed the students about surgical strike initiated by Indian Army on 19^th September 2018.

The Students of IX A presented a beautiful skit with the help of music and dance department and their class teacher Ms. Swati Sharma.

The students of std I to XII witnessed this program. The program was anchored by Ms. Aditi Khandekar.
