COL. NARAYAN PARWANI HOISTED NATIONAL FLAG IN VARIOUS SCHOOLS/COLLEGES OF SHAHEED HEMU KALANI EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY

With the blessings of Paramhans Sant Hirdaram Sahibji and Shradhey Siddh Bhauji, 74th Independence Day was impressively celebrated at all the schools and colleges run by  Shaheed Hemu Kalani Educational Society. The day reminds us of our country's glorious past and history when the shackles of slavery were broken and the nation took a step into an era of freedom. The prevalent pandemic did not restrain the patriotic spirits of teachers and students. As such,  the students, with the online help from their teachers, prepared videos at their homes  covering various patriotic songs, dances and shows to revive the spirits of sacrifice, nationalism and patriotism. These videos were uploaded on the websites of the schools/colleges.

 

Adhering to the guidelines of the Government, the National Flag was hoisted by Col. Narayan Parwani at the buildings of the schools/colleges in the presence of the office bearers of the Society, Hero Gyanchandani (Vice-President), A.C. Sadhwani (Secretary), K.L. Ramnani (Joint Secretary), Bhagwan Damani (Director, VPS) and other esteemed members. The Principals/Heads of the schools/colleges present on the occasion were, Dr. Charanjeet Kaur (Sant Hirdaram Girls College), Dr. Hemanshu Sharma (Sant Hirdaram Medical College of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences), Dr. Ashish Thakur (Sant Hirdaram Institute of Management), Dr. Ajaykant Sharma & Mrs. Rita Gurbani (Mithi Gobindram Public School), Mrs. Amrita Motwani(Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School), Mrs. Jaishree Murti(Vidyasagar Public School) and Mrs. Varsha Tripathi(Children’s Hope India Girls School, Gandhinagar). The flag was hoisted by,  Local Corporator at Kewalram Chanrai Public School, in the gracious presence of Shri Rajesh Lalwani, Principal of the School.

 

Shradhay Siddh Bhauji, President of the Society, in his message, congratulated the students and the teachers on the 74th Independence Day and bestowed his pious blessings upon them. In his enunciation, he motivated them to be true to the core and culture of our nation. He underlined that students are nation builders and it is imperative for them to understand their roles and responsibilities towards their country. Even in these tough times, they should not lose heart and continue their studies, as ever.

 

Colonel Narayan Parwani, Chief Guest on the occasion gave message to the  students on heroism, valour, courage, grit and audacity. He exemplified his viewpoints by giving instances of the valiant Indian soldiers who are distinguished for their bravery and valour all around the globe and are unfailingly ready to place their lives on the line for the love of their motherland. With regard to academic challenges, he requested students to follow the online classes sincerely.  He appreciated the on-line classes and the webinars being organised by the schools and the colleges.  He hoped that soon the pandemic will be addressed and the educational institutions will function normally.

 

The national flag was hoisted following all the Govt. Guidelines regarding COVID-19 i.e. less gathering, maximum 5 persons, temperature screening, social distancing,  mask wearing & sanitization.

 

The day saw a feeling of immense patriotism and nationalism emerging from the pure, young souls. It endowed the attendees with feelings of pride, love, sense of  belongingness and devotion.

 

On this occasion, in addition to the martyrs of the country, Nayak Deepak Kumar from Rewa(Galwan Ghati Ladakh), Ashwani Kumar Kachi from Jabalpur(Pulwama,Kashmir), Sarman Singh Sengar from Gwalior (Tiger Hill, Kargil), those from Madhya Pradesh, were also remembered and offered homage.
