On October 23, 2024, Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School (NHLPS) hosted an insightful session titled "Courage and Commitment: The Making of an IPS Officer" for students from classes IX to XII. The session was led by the esteemed IPS Officer, Ms. Aashima Vaswani, and graced by prominent members of the management, including Secretary, Mr. Ghanshyam Boolchandani, Academic Director Mr. Gopal Girdhani, Principal Ms. Amrita Motwani, and Vice-Principal Ms. Rekha Kewlani.

Vice-Principal Ms. Rekha Kewlani extended a warm welcome to the gathering and introduced the notable accomplishments of the guest speaker. 

In her inspiring address, Ms. Vaswani shared her remarkable journey to becoming an IPS officer, emphasizing the value of time as a critical asset, the importance of self-confidence, and the need to pursue every endeavor with passion. She advised the students not to compare themselves to others but to define their own success, accept failures, and turn challenges into opportunities. She also stressed the importance of choosing friends wisely and noted that one’s actions ultimately shape their outcomes. Additionally, Ms. Vaswani provided an overview of the UPSC exam and essential preparation strategies.

The interactive Q&A session proved to be highly beneficial, offering students invaluable insights.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Lata Manwani, TGT, who expressed sincere gratitude to Ms. Aashima Vaswani, the school management, and all attendees for their contributions to making the session a success.
