It is said that golden conduct flows from golden character. For building up wholesome character of the students, various Seminars/Sessions/Workshops on Career Guidance, Time Management, Adolescence Awareness, Nutrition, Health & Hygiene, Personality Development, Moral Values & Indian Culture are hosted from time to time which aim towards achieving well rounded personalities. These are conducted in the fully air conditioned Sant Hirdaram Auditorium having capacity of 1000, situated in the campus. In the same way since we strongly believe that excellence is a way of our life, our teachers are imparted training and provided opportunities to attend seminar and workshops so to update and enhance their knowledge anf skills specially in the field of latest pedogogical deveopments.

          Capacity Building Training Programme for teachers on Gender Sensitivity and Remoulded structure of learning  were organised by Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School (initiated by CBSE) was conducted on 16 Sept. 2017 and 24/04/2019.

 Ms. Poonam Shekhawat and Mr. Rajesh Awasthi the resource persons for the day, had interactive and knowledgeable session for the teachers. The topic ‘Gender Sensitivity’ was dealt effectively and easily with the help of a number of activities. The teachers were divided in groups and they gave their opinions on this sensitive issue through discussions, demonstrations and presentations. The discussions were held on various topics such as Gender construct of the society, a gender sensitive school and classroom Environment, gender sensitive pedagogy and teaching learning materials. The idea behind this workshop was to set the facilitators on the path of thinking process to reduce the gender gap between girls and boys to an extent so that they learn to respect each-other and build a society where they get equal opportunities to excel in life.
