Academic Proficiency Prize Distribution Ceremony

Navnidh Hassomal Lakhani Public School organised its academic proficiency prize distribution ceremony to award the shining stars of the institution in the presence of Rev. Siddh Bhauji, President of SHKES, Shri Hero Gyanchandani, Vice-President, Shri A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary, Shri K.L. Ramnani, Joint Secretary, Shri Manohar Vaswani, Management Incharge, NHLPS, Parents, Students from classes I-V (256 students), VI-VIII (112 students), 37 from IX & 11 students from XI were awarded.

          The programme commenced by lighting the Lamp and Malyarpan, seeking the blessings of Maa Saraswati, Maa Bharti and Sant Hirdaram Sahibji.

Rev. Siddh Bhauji addressing the parents showed his wish to give prizes and honour the parents of all the students. He made the parents understand that it is their duty to save their children from wrong activities. Emphasising on the regularity and punctuality he asked the parents to reach in all the programme in time so that their children also learn the same, he quoted the example of one student who lost his job because he reached late to join on the first day. We should learn to manage our time from early morning. Be an example to your children of what did you want them to be? Be their best friends and share everything. It should be the daily routine of the parents to ask their children what do they learn in school? As all the relations are of give and take and only parents always work for the progress of their children so mothers should not only teach their children cooking but simple skills of stitching also. He made them aware about the financial management and correct food habits. The food should not be taken from hotels and restaurants because there it is made in the most unhygienic manner. He showed his concern towards the cellular families where children do got get support of their grandparents. He said our children are observing every activity so we must act accordingly.    

Parents must attend the PTM and discuss the problem of their children with their teachers so that they can be solved well in time. So parents should take care in sending their wards regularly to school at right time. 

 Shri A.C. Sadhwani, Secretary, congratulating the parents, showed his concern at the decreasing number of students of scoring 90% in higher classes. He urged the parents to send their wards to school regularly and speak in English at home also to create English speaking atmosphere.

Shri K.L. Ramnani, Joint Secretary urged the parents not to pressurize their children to take up predecided profession as every child is born with different talent. Parents should create an environment of learning at home and teach their children the value of their festivals and inculcate the habit of learning and rowing up with positivity.

Mr. Manish R.K. Jain, Principal welcoming the parents congratulated them and told that there are two parts of education first academic and second Sanskaraas. Both should be inculcated in the children.

He sought the support of the parents otherwise children cannot progress. Parents should be in contact of teachers to ask if their child is not scoring less good marks. The students were given shawl and certificate and their parents were given shawl and shrifal. The programme was successfully compered by Ms. Komal Jaggi, English teacher.
